When available, it's possible to rent all the apartment of Rome's Heart Guest House for exclusive use of a group or a family, including the three rooms, Red, Violet, Grey and the Living Room.

The maximum number of guests allowed are seven, the minimum stay is 2 nights.

Anyway, in this case, the renting is like in hotel treatment, with the rich and fresh breakfast served in the breakfast room from 8am to 10am   ( it's possible to agree day by day the best time for the guests ) and the daily cleaning of the rooms.

The kitchen use and the access to it is not allowed, there are a lot of good and convenient restaurants and places that we can advice to you where you can eat excellent italian food at good prices.

The design of the furnisdhing is modern and the rooms have every comfort such as private bathroom fully equipped ( Towels, Hairdryer, shampoo, body cream, slippers ), Internet WiFi free access, Nespresso coffe machine and tea kettle with tea bags and sugar, 43 LED flat panel TVs with SmartTV and Netflix included, Minibar, Safe, Iron with small Ironing boarding, Laundry Service available in the building.

And finally, fill up with delights and coffee, taking advantage of the fresh and reach breakfast included, giving you the charge to leave to discover Rome.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is admitted from 3:00PM. Anyway if you'll arrive before 3:00PM we can meanwhile do an early check-in and you can leave your luggages at our structure and if possible we can also give you the room/s.
It's possible agree with our guests a late arrival without any charge, the important for us is to know the time at least two days before the arrival. Anyway we contact our guests some days before their date of arrival

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is admitted within 10:00AM. Anyway our guests can leave their lugguages at our place at least until 1PM, or also more, this depends at what time the new guests will arrive at our place. From 1PM you can leave your luggages very close to our Guest House.

PRIVATE TRANSFER FROM/TO FIUMICINO AND CIAMPINO AIRPORTS AND FROM/TO CIVITAVECCHIA PORT: On request, we can pick-up our guests to their point of arrival with a professional transfer service at the total cost for all passangers of 40€ from/to Termini station, 65€ from/to Ciampino and Fiumicino Airports. ( until 7 persons, 55€ for two persons ), 160€ From/To Civitavecchia port ( until seven persons, 130€ for two persons )
